Profile: Hellbat enjoyed the highest number of captured bounties when the Blitszforce were neutral mercenaries.  He was able to probe minds to find his target, and then home in on his target.  Once close enough he was able to disable his target is a mental burst and carry them away with little harm to himself or his target.  He collects his bounties only to increase his reputation among his team and other bounty hunters.  Deathsaurus’s arrival did nothing but add to the potential list of targets for Hellbat, which he accepted eagerly.

Hellbat is an underhanded, deceitful, maniacal warrior.  He will do anything to increase his power; even assassinating those that he feels are a threat to his position on the team.  He’s not well liked by those on the Blitzforce, but his mental abilities are too useful for them to intentionally cut him loose.  Hellbat realizes this all too well and does everything he can to prove himself, though he’s not above some underhandedness even with his own team mates.  He and Deathcobra are always at odds with one another because Hellbat goes out of his way to play on Deathcobra’s insecurities.  Hellbat’s mind reading abilities allow him to know every little dirty secret that all of the Blitzforce hide from each other, and makes it clear that if he’s ever alienated he will expose them all.  He’s unable to read Deathsaurus’ mind though, but that doesn’t stop him from trying.

Abilities:  Hellbat is a very intelligent warrior with very developed mental powers that science has been unable to duplicate.  He’s able to read minds, plant suggestions, and move solid objects all with the powers of his mind.  He’s trained himself so that only the strongest minds are able to resist him.  To aid his abilities, Hellbat carries a double-barrelled laser pistol just in case.  He prefers to throw objects at his foes though, or hit them with a telepathic burst.  He transforms into a seeker-style fighter jet, and it is often assumed that he was once one of their ranks.  He has 4 lasers and two air-to-air explosive missiles in this mode.  He often uses his mental powers in this form to push other aircraft out of his way.  He can reach speeds of mach 5.5.

Weaknesses:  For all his abilities and big talk, Hellbat is the most cowardly of the Blitzforce.  He will be the first to turn around and flee the instant the tables turn against him.  The rest of the Blitzforce often leave him without backup in combat, in the vain hope that he’ll be scrapped.
